Private Server Partnership Programs

At Gamers Guild, we are proud to offer a selection of Limited Partnership Programs designed to reward trusted members of our community with special opportunities for innovation, creativity, and collaboration.

These programs offer discounted rates, early access to experimental content, and chances to work closely with our IT team and marketing efforts. Participation is optional and subject to approval.

How to Apply:

To request enrollment in a Partnership Program, simply open an IT Help Ticket on our Discord server and indicate which program you are interested in.
Our Admin team will verify your eligibility and notify you of your approval status.

Private Server Partnership Programs In-Depth

Mod Testing Partnership Program

Overview: This program allows trusted private server owners to help test experimental mods and maps before they are approved cluster-wide. Participants gain early access and discounted rental rates in exchange for providing regular structured feedback.

Requirements:

  • Must have been a private server owner for at least 3 months in good standing with the cluster.
  • Must complete the official Mod Testing Form weekly for each experimental mod or map being tested.
  • Form includes yes/no questions and optional comments about technical compatibility, exploits, balance impact, crossplay status, developer support, and known issues.
  • Additional bug reports must be submitted through an IT Support Ticket via Discord.
  • Only one experimental mod or map may be tested at a time. Owners may swap to a different one if the current mod/map is removed first.
  • A guest whitelist of up to 20 people must be submitted to IT. A Welcome Message and Map MOTD with disclaimers is required.

Program Participation Agreement:

  • Participation is contingent on weekly reporting and active communication with IT.
  • Program participation is reviewed monthly. Failure to meet expectations will result in removal from the program and loss of discounted pricing.
  • Participants may reapply after 90 days if removed.
  • All testing is at your own risk. Data loss, crashes, and instability may occur.
  • Gamers Guild reserves the right to force-uncluster your map if issues arise that pose a risk to the cluster.

Content Creator Partnership Program

Overview: This program is designed for monetized content creators who want early access to exciting content while helping promote the Gamers Guild community and products through streams, videos, and social media presence.

Requirements:

  • Must be a monetized Twitch Affiliate/Partner or YouTube Partner in good standing with the platform.
  • Must be an active Gamers Guild member for at least 3 months in good standing.
  • Must produce a minimum of two live stream or edited video per week (or 8–10 pieces of content per month).
  • Must agree to content schedule and participate in GG Live promotions when invited.
  • Must submit bug reports via Discord IT Help Ticket if any issues arise.
  • One experimental mod/map may be used at a time. Swaps allowed only after removal of the current one.
  • A guest whitelist of up to 20 people must be submitted to IT. A Welcome Message and Map MOTD with disclaimers is required.

Program Participation Agreement:

  • Content must be delivered on schedule or a Help Ticket must be submitted within 24 hours explaining any delay with a revised release date.
  • Failure to meet content or bug reporting requirements may result in removal from the program and loss of discounted pricing.
  • Participants may reapply after 90 days if removed.
  • Experimental content carries risk; no compensation is offered for gameplay loss or errors.
  • Force-unclustering may occur if compatibility issues arise.

Content Creator Apprentice Program

Overview: This program supports aspiring content creators who are building their platform and want a chance to contribute to the community through early access content, even if they are not yet monetized.

Requirements:

  • Must be an active Gamers Guild member for at least 3 months in good standing.
  • No monetization required — ideal for creators just starting out.
  • Must meet the same content expectations as the full Content Creator Program (weekly or monthly output).
  • Must submit bug reports through IT Help Tickets on Discord.
  • Only one experimental mod or map can be used at a time. Can swap if the current one is removed.
  • A guest whitelist of up to 20 people must be submitted to IT. A Welcome Message and Map MOTD with disclaimers is required.

Program Participation Agreement:

  • Program is reviewed monthly. Missed content or poor communication may lead to removal.
  • No discount is provided for this program — participants pay standard rental rates.
  • Participants may reapply after 90 days if removed.
  • Use of experimental content is at your own risk. Force-unclustering may be required for safety.
