Important Product Information

All our Server Rental packages include limited server support (see below), access to all public cluster maps, access to all cluster events, access to Admin Shop purchases with optional deliveries, ability to share with friends, higher max level dinosaurs than those found on the cluster, unlimited teleporters, no build restrictions, no decay or destroy, increased limit on turrets, free monthly tickets to the MEGA DINO Raffle, and the proceeds earned go to help support the Cluster.

Private Servers are purchased on either a 30 day, 90 day or 365 day basis.

You DO NOT get the admin password for the map and server Stats and/or Mods (if offered) must be exactly as stated on each server product and posted approved list and can not be altered.

At the end of a cluster season private maps do not get wiped unless requested by the owner.

At the end of a cluster season there may be cluster mod list changes for the new season which will affect private server rentals that contain mods. Full Data/Map backups for these servers can be available upon request via a Help Ticket. To avoid any loss at the end of a cluster season please review the announced new season mod list and plan accordingly. Private server owners are expected to give and verify an email upon purchase so our system may make important notifications on accounts to players directly without relying solely on Discord.

Your Agreement to Us

  1. All Clustered Private Server owners and players must be a member of our discord and adhere to all discord and cluster rules.
  2. You are solely responsible for the security of your private clustered server regarding your password and who you give access to your map.
  3. You may not allow anyone on your private map that is under the age of 13.
    Due to Coppa Regulations and our Cluster rules requiring players to be a member of our discord we don’t allow children younger than 13 on our cluster maps.
  4. All requests for IT support must be made through our Discord IT Help Ticketing system and ONLY by the owner of the private map or an owner designated person(s).
    The only other form of communication from us would be in the form of email renewal.
  5. Admin Support is limited on clustered private maps.

    We do not sell unclustered private server rentals but do reserve the right to uncluster a map at any time due to a breach in terms of service, discord rules, cluster rules, or our volunteer rules and codes of conduct.

Our Agreement to You

  1. Purchase Confirmation Notification, Nitrado Renewal Date and Payment Renewal Date
    When your server order is processed a confirmation thread will be created in our Discord IT Help Ticketing system to let you know the Nitrado server renewal date and the Renewal Payment date.
  2. Private Server Creation
    New Private Server orders are processed on the 1st and 15th of each month. If processed earlier, you will be notified via a Discord Help Ticket.
  3. Private Server Name
    The server will be named “GGPS: [Your discord Name]” eg. “GGPS: Firepumpkin” the Server name is subject to change at Gamer Guild’s discretion and a Discord IT Support Help Ticket notification will be generated to the owner in that event.
  4. Private Server Password
    We will create the server password and send it to you via an email when the server order has been processed.
  5. Password Change Requests
    Upon receipt of a Discord IT Support Help Ticket, IT Support will make a server password change for an owner, but not to exceed more than ONE change per month unless there has been a breach in server security. Please be cautious and only share your password with those you trust.
  6. Server Maintenance
    Gamers Guild are responsible for technical server maintenance in regard to server outages or code deployment.
  7. Server Rollbacks
    In the event of a server error on behalf of an update or restart, through no fault of the server owner, once a Discord IT Support Help Ticket is submitted IT Support will perform any necessary roll backs to fix the map.
  8. Server Wipes or Map Type Change Requests
    Upon receipt of a Discord IT Support Help Ticket, IT Support will make a server wipe or map type change for an owner, but cannot exceed more than ONE request per month.

How Your Server Renews

The server will be renewed for either 30 days, 90 days or 365 days based on the private server package purchased at the time of renewal.

It is the Private Server Owner’s responsibility to have made the purchase prior to the renewal date. We will ensure the renewal is processed with Nitrado by the Nitrado server renewal date so there is no lapse in access to your server.

You will receive an email notification once your renewal has been processed and your next payment and renewal dates will be included.

What If You Don’t Purchase a Renewal by the Renewal Date

If the required renewal purchase is not in your account 7 days prior to the Nitrado server renewal date, we will open a Discord IT Support Help Ticket with you to remind you to make the necessary purchase.

If there is no payment by the Nitrado server renewal date you will receive a final notification via email that payment has failed, and your server will be considered an expiring server and marked for shut down.

How to Renew if Your Server is Marked for Shut Down

If your server has been marked for shut down, you must create a new server purchase within 10 days of your expired Nitrado server renewal date so we may be able to reactivate your server and restore your data.

However, after those 10 days, we can not guarantee we can save your server file/data and your payment will go towards a fresh/blank new server.

How to Upgrade Your Server

You may only upgrade your server at it’s renewal time.

To upgrade your server, purchase a different server product from our webstore and then open a Discord IT Support Help Ticket to indicate this purchase is not for a new server but to upgrade your current server.

Admin Shop Orders / Deliveries

As an optional special perk to our private server owners, Admin Shop orders can be directly delivered to your private map at the designated coordinates you give at the time of order. Private Server Owner Admin Shop orders are only delivered by Cluster Management.

Canceling Your Server

We do not offer refunds for cancelled servers.

Therefore, if you wish to no longer have your server you must create a Discord IT Support Help Ticket indicating you do not want your server renewed at least 7 days before your server’s Nitrado renewal date.

Penalties for Breaking Rules / Agreement

Should you or anyone you allow on your private server break these terms and conditions, the discord and cluster rules or our Volunteer rules and codes of conduct Gamers Guild reserves the right to un-cluster a private server map and cancel any further server renewals.

If such matters are deemed necessary we will open a discord Cluster Help ticket to inform you of any actions we have taken.

Terms of Service Updates and Customer Responsibility

Gamers Guild reserves the right to modify or amend these terms of service as deemed necessary. It is the responsibility of the customer to remain informed of any updates or changes to these terms. We encourage our customers to periodically review these terms when renewing services to stay up-to-date with any alterations made by Gamers Guild.
